The company services a diverse range of the region’s core businesses and operates from a purpose built site at 12-14 Macrae Avenue, Mount Maunganui, New Zealand.
With over 2000 sq meters of extensively equipped factory space, Mouats can offer a variety of engineering services during or outside normal business hours - either on or off the premises.
Mouats run a fleet of twelve service vehicles and a purpose built mobile workshop to augment onsite services. Mouats staff is qualified to weld titanium, hastelloy, aluminium, carbon and stainless steels and has the capacity to comply with regulations for welding of pipelines carrying volatile materials such as petrol, gas and acids.
Mouats ongoing investment in staff training serves two purposes; staff skills remain up to date, relevant and versatile, and safety and best practice protocols are reinforced through the learning environment.

Design
Mouats offers its customers a leading design service using Solidworks software. From developing an idea to creating a product - during the consultation process, new or existing designs can be quickly adapted to meet clients’ expectations.
Safety
Applying a systematic approach to Health and Safety, Mouats conduct regular safety meetings, training, site inspections and hazard monitoring. It is due to this concerted attitude toward safety that has led to Mouats attaining ACC Tertiary level for Safety Management Practices. Mouats staff regularly undertake client inductions to comply with client safety requirements
